Shannon Deary-Bell Beats Charity Fundraising Goal

Post

President and CEO, Shannon Deary-Bell raised over $60,000, beating her $20,000 goal, in the 2020 Villara Capital Cup for Jenna and Patrick’s Foundation of Hope over the weekend of September 25-27, 2020.

The Villara Capital Cup is a Ryder Cup Style Tournament where area leaders, divided in two teams, rally to individually raise funds for their favorite charities.

Jenna and Patrick’s Foundation of Hope is a foundation that raises funds and awareness for the search for a cure for Cystinosis, a rare metabolic disease. Jenna and Patrick are now in high school and beating the odds, despite the terrible toll Cystinosis puts on their young bodies. You can learn more about Cystinosis at www.jennaandpatrick.org and the Villara Capital Cup here.

Year after year, Shannon vows to raise funds for Jenna & Patrick’s foundation, playing with the River City Blues, accompanied by her caddy, husband, and local premiere golf course designer, Brad Bell. Shannon raised a total of $65,695, but if you’re feeling generous, you can still donate to her campaign here!
