Verification Protocols

We are not legally required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act. We are, however, sensitive to the tragedies of human trafficking and slavery, and mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

Audits 

We are not legally required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act. Therefore, we do not conduct audits of our suppliers.  We are, however, sensitive to the tragedies of human trafficking and slavery, and mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

Certification

We are not legally required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act. Therefore, we do not certify of our suppliers comply.  We are, however, sensitive to the tragedies of human trafficking and slavery, and mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

Internal Accountability  

Even though we are not legally required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act, we are committed to fair labor practices within our supply chain. We comply with all applicable national and/or local laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to labor, immigration, health and safety, and the environment. We are committed to all labor being voluntary.  Our hiring practices verify all workers ages and they have the legal right to work in the U.S.  We are also committed to ensuring our labor contractor verifies legal age and authorization to work in the U.S. prior to assigning workers at our facilities.
